Applications are open to candidates from Uganda who meet the eligibility criteria from 30 January 2015 to 31 March 2015, for admission in September/October 2015.
In Uganda, scholarships are awarded to the general public and indigenes through open competition to study for their Masters degree in the following course sectors:
- Engineering and Technology
- Environment and Geosciences
- Oil and Gas Economics
- Law and Legal courses
- Other Applied Sciences apart from Medicine
Application for the scholarship is online ONLY. No paper-based applications will be accepted. Also, applicants are to note that funding is not available for 1st degree, Ph.D. or distance learning programmes.
Scholarships are targeted at individuals who can exhibit track record of success in their field of endeavour and can demonstrate a strong personality and ambition, with commitment to return to Uganda and contribute to its future development.
