TGSS Alumni believe pioneering and creative thinking is essential to meeting the demands of a changing and uncertain world. They therefore take innovative steps to bring lasting progressive and/or positive impact in their communities, countries and the world at large. 

Many individual alumni continue to use their rich expertise to effectively and efficiently contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.  As a group, they use their rich pool of expertise to undertake community projects geared at addressing the community problems.
